New Construction in Hardin County, TN
A detached garage, a real shop, a pole barn that’s more than poles, or a ground-up build on your land — if it starts with a slab and ends with a roof, we build it.

Garages & Shops
Two-car detached garages, oversized boat-and-truck garages (a Hardin County essential — the boat has to live somewhere), and working shops with the details that matter: slabs thick enough for a lift, doors tall enough for the camper, wiring for welders and compressors, and insulation so it’s usable in January and July.
Pole Barns & Outbuildings
Post-frame construction is the economical way to cover space — equipment sheds, hay barns, RV covers, hobby buildings. We build them plumb, on properly-set posts, with metal that’s screwed down right, and we’ll tell you plainly when a stick-built garage serves you better than a pole barn (and when it doesn’t).

Ground-Up Builds on Your Land
Cabins, small homes, and full builds on family land or a lake lot — site prep coordination, slab or crawlspace foundation, framing, roofing, and finish, sequenced by people who do it in this county and know the local inspectors, suppliers, and soil.
The Budget Conversation, Up Front
Materials prices move; budgets are real. We design to your number — where to spend (the slab, the roof) and where the budget-friendly choice loses you nothing. You’ll know the price before we start, and we build to hold it.
Questions We Hear About This Work
Pole barn or stick-built garage — which is cheaper?
Post-frame usually wins on covered square footage; stick-built wins on finished, conditioned space and resale polish. We quote the one that fits the use — or both, so you can compare.
Can you build on my land out in the county?
Yes — rural sites are most of our new construction. We coordinate dirt work, culverts, and utilities, and plan around septic and setbacks from the first visit.
Do you handle the plans?
For garages and outbuildings, yes — we work from proven plans adapted to your site. For full custom homes we work alongside your plan source and keep the build honest to it.
