Is there a general contractor in Hardin County, TN?

Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free, on-site, and written. You will know the real number before any work begins.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because honest prices come from seeing the job. Site conditions, materials, and what is behind the wall change every project. A published one-size price is either padded or a bait number — we do neither.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured for residential contracting work. We are happy to talk through coverage before work starts.
How far out are you scheduling?
It moves with the season — concrete and decks book heaviest in spring and summer. Call and we will give you an honest current window, not an optimistic one.
Do you build decks with composite decking?
Yes — composite and treated pine both. Composite costs more up front and near-zero maintenance after; treated pine saves money and wants sealing every couple of years. We quote both when it is a close call.
Can you pour a concrete driveway over my gravel drive?
Usually yes — the gravel often helps the base if it is compacted and graded right. We will assess it at the estimate and spec any base correction in writing.
Do you remodel bathrooms for older or less-mobile family members?
Often. Walk-in showers, comfort-height fixtures, and grab bars anchored into real blocking (not drywall anchors) are some of our most-requested work.
Can you add a room onto my house?
That is one of our core services — additions from foundation to finished paint, tied into the existing roofline and siding so it looks original.
Do you work on lake houses at Pickwick?
Constantly — decks, porches, remodels, and between-renter repairs around Counce, Pickwick Dam, and the coves. We handle absentee-owner coordination with photo updates and lock-up.
Will you do small repair jobs?
Yes. We batch small jobs into repair days so they are affordable for you and efficient for us. No list is too short.
Do you build garages and pole barns?
Both — stick-built garages and shops, and post-frame pole barns. We will tell you straight which construction type fits your use and budget.
Who actually does the work?
Our own crew self-performs the core trades — carpentry, concrete, finish. Licensed electricians and plumbers are coordinated by us when the job needs them, under our schedule and our responsibility.
What areas do you serve?
All of Hardin County, with select work just across the county lines (Adamsville, the Wayne and McNairy edges) when it fits the schedule.
How do payments work?
Small jobs are typically due on completion. Larger projects run on a simple written draw schedule tied to milestones — never big money up front for work not yet done.
